I was introduced with the kopiko brown instant coffee by my mom when i went home almost 2 years ago, she said it's good so i tried it and of course i was inlove. As much as i love nescafe, starbucks and my keurig. Nothing beats a cheap, good tasting and easy to make coffee. All u need is hot water!
My co worker Jennifer had a vacation in the philippines last october and all i asked from her is to buy me kopiko, she tried it and i think she loves it too but I ran out of coffee just last week and i was really sad because i can't get it in any local asian store here. I looked online and i found it!
I went to philamstore.com i ordered 2 bags which have 30 packets each bag for almost $10 and 2 bags of nescafe creamy latte still cheap compared to my $2 coffee run every morning from dunkin donuts or my $5 starbucks coffee cravings!
Next is the pancit canton!!!
-who doesn't love pancit canton!? Fast and easy meal just not good to eat everyday because of its high sodium content.
I eat pancit canton with boiled egg and put some of it in the bread my co workers says it's a weird food combination but w.e it taste good!
It was a quiet day today and relaxing. back to work tom.
