I'm beat. Day 3 of no fast food january.

It's not fun to come in to work and u have 2 call outs especially when ur in charge. Especially when it happens so often. Everyday on my way to work i always tell myself to not get stressed out coz you know what? I can't control things that may happen.

Im such a control freak that when things doesn't happen the way i want them to i get stressed out too much.

The book i read last summer "don't sweat the small stuff" actually helped me Deal with some of these feelings.

And of course as part of my new years resolution, I'm going to improve myself in handling stressful situations.

Update regarding our no fast food january: if you don't know yet, my cousin and I have a deal to not eat any fast food or eat out for the whole month of january. If we break this rule we have to eat fast food for a week and ONLY fast food. Sounds fun? No! eating fast food for even just 3 days in a row is disgusting you feel like u want to throw up already just smelling it. Maybe for some it's good but not for us. I mean once in a while or when you feel like ur craving something i think it taste good. We buy so much grocery and end up wasting and throwing it out bec instead of cooking we just grab unhealthy foods to stuff our stomach especially after a long day at work. Well hopefully we finish the month successfully.

For today:

Breakfast: kopiko coffee, bread, cake and mac and cheese

Lunch: left over caldereta, rice Nd cake. Mango juice

Dinner: hotdog and chili :)
